Barbara is a queer artist based in Italy. She graduated in 2022 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, and is currently juggling her freelance comic work and part-time day job. She has mainly published short stories for anthologies organized by indie publishers such as Iron Circus Comics, Pink Clover Press and Attaccapanni Press, and has been selected to participate in the Short Box Comics Fair for two consecutive years.
She particularly loves stories that use dystopic, fantastical and sci-fi worlds as means to hone in on the internal and human struggles of the characters that live inside them.
