Muy dividida con esta. Por un lado, que pedazo de universo montado tiene, cada detalle, cada idea, las consecuencias de cada idea, me han parecido brillantes. Hay mucha miga en las tierras asediadas por una raza de goblins comehumanos y que te la cuente una guerrera lesbiana que comanda dos cuervos del tamaño de ciervos me parece el mejor de los planteamientos.

Peero, como siempre, del dicho al hecho hay un trecho y un personaje como Galva, serio, estoico, de pocas palabras, necesita de una contraparte para no hacerse pesada y los pequeños capítulos del hermano no llegan a suplirla. Buehlman intenta arreglarlo metiéndote carretadas de lore y unas batallas excelentemente descritas, pero muchas veces lo único que consigue es alargar la trama sin que pase nada interesante.

Tampoco ayuda que tenga un enfoque tan sórdido y oscuro, que no pase nada bueno nunca, que el regusto que te deje …
